“I go to both locations. BOTH are equally excellent in all areas. Lola is the sweetest person ever at the front desk. Very knowledgeable about products and services also. Maddie is my favorite girl for lash lift/tint along with all brow services. Never had one issue in the years I’ve been coming here. Booked my first facial which they were able to get me in immediately. Lex was wonderful. Super informative about all products and what she was doing but still allowing a relaxing quiet atmosphere inbetween. Highly suggest the membership. It’s actually worth it! Credits don’t expire and you get more than what you actually pay for. Also major discount on products which is always a plus. They carry a wide variety of products which I love and all affordable.

“During the pandemic I was looking for a safe clean place that adhered to the CDC guidelines to get my nails done. (I tried to let my own nails heal, but could not stand how paper thin they had become from years of product.Luminous nails was the ticket. It is a gorgeous, very spacious and clean shop near Wyndham next to Mod Pizza and Publix. Vi Tran ( the owner) always does a great job on my nails and is very sweet. Her daughter Kathy and tech Mary do great pedicures. I personally don’t drink, but for those who care for a glass of wine they can accommodate that too ?. I highly recommend. Please give them a try.“

“My first experience here was kind of mid. The pedicures were really good, but my dip nails were lacking. I didn't realize it at first, but I saw a bunch of imperfections like gouges, scratches in the color, and the shape. Even my husband pointed it out. After about 9 days, one of the tips broke off right where the acrylic met my nail, opening a bag of shredded cheese.

Here's where they redeemed the situation: I called them as soon as the nail broke off, and they were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day with Theresa. I admitted that I really wanted the whole set redone. They said if I had told them within a couple of days, they would have redone them for free. However, since I waited 9 days, they could only do 50% off - which I found fair. I wasn't really expecting a discount anyway.

Theresa took her time to make sure I was happy with my nails. She checked in when applying the acrylics and aftwr shaping them to make sure I was still okay. They look perfect.“

“Absolutely love how the man did my nails been coming here for going on 1 year and a half went to multiple places before most of them where horrible for the price and quality most of them anyways but it's to loud I go to get my nails done and relax and this place is it and quality and price are awesome man is pretty chill I go when I'm stressed I just go have a quiet time to think and relax .
