“We were in desperate need of a generator extension cord before the winter storm hit. I went to multiple stores and called at least 15 more, with no luck anywhere. I made a Facebook post, and Matt commented that he would have some available the next day. The next day, Matt and his team were out working for other families all day. Matt then drove 30 minutes out of his way at 9 pm, in the snow, to personally make it right for us.
