She explained the entire process to me up front and what to expect, so there were no surprises. She called me within the hour after I got off the phone with my insurance adjuster. The very next day Chris and his crew came in and they were so professional and personable. I felt as if I were talking with a family member. They cleaned up after themselves, explained what they were doing as they were going along, and what the expectations were going forward. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!
