We had an outstanding service experience today with our technician, Simon. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and pleasant AND he got the job done!! Finally someone who knows what they're doing to repair our pool auto cover!! The service from this company is some of the best I've seen lately from the time I made the first inquiry to completion of the call today. They are very responsive, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend them!!

Have used CoverSafe since our pool was built in 2018. They clean and treat our automatic cover as well as tighten ropes, etc. I consider our pool cover a significant investment so I’m picky about who provides service. I receive friendly and timely service starting with my call to their office for scheduling through them leaving my home after service.
