Stephanie is very welcoming and attentive to her customer's wants and needs. Her calming presence makes the experience comforting from the start. For a "standard" package, the massage is top quality. I struggled to stay awake and couldn't be happier. Stephanie excels in both soft and deep tissue massage techniques. I typically enjoy a large amount of pressure and she was able to find an excellent balance to resolve hidden tensions while also avoiding pain. I would highly recommend visiting this location if you're looking for a breath from reality or an excuse to treat yourself.“

“I am a loyal Palm Beach customer since 2016, starting at the Ashburn store and switching to the Leesburg location about five years ago.

I can confidently say that the new manager, Tiffany, is the best manager and employee I have encountered during my time as a member. From the moment I walk in, she greets me with “How are you doing today, Carolyn?” or “What’s up, Carolyn?” This personal touch instantly makes me feel welcomed. Tiffany takes the time to make conversation and genuinely cares about getting to know her customers. It’s refreshing to feel valued beyond just being a customer.

Tiffany consistently demonstrates her strong work ethic and dedication to the salon.
