    We have been customers of SPG now since 2020. It has been the best decision we made in outsourcing our IT needs. They are proactive, take great care of my team which spans from all over the USA to the UK and Australia. Truly recommend SPG!

    As CFO, letting SPG handle the IT for my startup was an incredibly good decision. They are fast, reliable and act like they are part of my company. I don't worry about IT! Their help desk support is delivered the way you want it. Employees can log a ticket, email, and yup, you can talk to a real person right way if that is your preference. The support team members are lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. They will keep their cool and get things fixed fast even if you are freaking out because your laptop won't boot and you have a tight deadline.The onboarding and offboarding support is exceptional.
