Sam was so great to work with on replacing the carpet in our condo with LVP. We wanted something modern but also timeless and he had several to choose from but made a great suggestion to tie our beige walls and grey furniture all together. Then, when I felt like something didn’t sit quite right because our subfloor was uneven he had it fixed right away even though it wasn’t their fault. Also, when our tenants caused a water leak working with him to replace the floor was so quick and easy and he only replaced what was actually needed rather than doing more just for more money. Same has done flooring, bar, and restrooms for our commercial restaurant. He did great work and very reliable. He has a wide range of choice for flooring, wood, and tiles and can also do a lot of custom work.We have Sam our ideas and he ran with it and did an excellent job and before. We highly recommend him for both residential and commercial work.

When I moved into my new construction home the bathrooms all had faux marble counters. I went to Sam’s and picked out remnants of natural stone and replaced all 4 bathroom sinks/counters. His team did such a great job! I couldn’t be happier and I’ve used him for several other projects since such as a fireplace mantle and kitchen island granite. His selection is great and his pricing is very fair.
