I've only always experienced the best service from Phil Houser of Premier Home Comfort. He's been out a few times to help with our HVAC system, and most recently installed a new furnace after our last one finally died after 20+ years. He's fair, fast and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him if you need any work done!
Phil was my technician, and he was awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable in his technical expertise regarding HVAC. He explained his thought process regarding the issue with my heating system, and suggested a few options using the AC and Heat options to bring down the temperature from the higher floor. He also knows the mechanics of the HVAC systems to make educated recommendations and took his time to explain and educate. I highly recommend Phil for all your HVAC needs.
Very professional, quick and flexible with my schedule. I was impressed about how good the communication was. I received text messages on when and who to expect. They also made it easy to set up a payment plan for a new heater. They left everything in pristine condition.
