“I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.“

“Their new trainer is incredible! My dog is reactive with other dogs and rather than generalizing her board and train program, she worked her with other dogs constantly. Lauren also advocated for my dog and I, going above and beyond time and time again. She is a great and frequent communicator. The only reason I go 4 stars is because olde town is very fancy but not super organized. I had mediocre service at the front desk and over the phone. I'm excited to see how my dog develops as I bring her home but I am feeling very optimistic that her work there will be life changing for both of us! So much gratitude!!!“

“They are so sweet to my puppy. He has separation anxiety and very timid with other dogs but it seems not to be the case when he is here. They always send me pictures which i love and are very accommodating. Will continue to take my puppy here because he always comes home happy and energetic.“

We love that he is well-cared for and know he is in good hands while we are away. They also have excellent grooming services that are reasonably priced. “Update: we have now been using Dogon Fitness for 4 years. Matt moved away and we now have Karla. She has become part of our family in the area. Our Koda passed away last year, but our Coco loves Karla. We trust her implicitly. Still 5 stars for us.From 4 years ago. My lovable dog Koda is a big yellow lab mix that we adopted from a rescue. He does not warm up to new people or experiences easily. It has not been easy to find a dog walking service capable have having multiple staff members who can just walk in and care for my dog. When we had to change services because he intimidated most of the dog walkers at my previous service; they recommended Carol and DogOn Fitness. Carol is calm and Koda loved her right away. Matt is a trainer and equally calm. It has been terrific feeling confident that no matter when I need their numerous services, they have someone that not only can care for my cautious Koda, but helps us continue our training with our foster dog Jake. They are helping us maintain his education while we find him his new forever home. Thank you Carol and Andrea for my peace of mind.“

“Lady J and Jim are the best dog sitters we've found in the NOVA area! I have highly anxious dogs so finding care for them is quite difficult. Most sitters do not have the patience to work with them. Lady J pet services is the only place I feel safe leaving my fur babies with. My family and I travel frequently and we've used Lady J's Bed & Biscuit service on more than one occasion. My pets have grown comfortable and familiar with them which brings us ease when traveling. Her booking process is also so much easier compared to most places, though she does book out pretty quickly. Thank you Jeanette and Jim for always providing patience and care for my dogs!“

“I’ve had great experience with this kennel. I was going on an international trip and needed to get in at the last minute when someone on Rover canceled on me. They stayed late, did everything they could so that my dog could be boarded. I would love to see the facilities, upgraded a bit.“

They r accommodating of dog health issues and value the safety of the dogs. They also do cute special events with the dogs during holidays. “Very nice staff. Seem to have everything one needs for their pets. They also have a grooming service; a lovely cat hotel for adoption of cats; and other pets for purchase ( hamsters, etc...). Prices are fair and they are very knowledgeable.“
