Called to ask about a service. Was told they would need to come out to give a quote, in case there are complications / other more extensive work needs to be done in addition to the main job. When I asked if there is a typical price range for this type of job when it’s a straightforward installation, she disconnected the call. Very unprofessional.
Showed up on time and completed the jobs to my satisfaction. Very friendly, and did a great job.
