Jan is a great masseuse. She applies just the right amount of pressure and has great technique. The spa itself is very serene and clean. I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing experience!
Nae was lovely and so in tune with the tension in my back. This was my third massage this month all at different spas. She is the only one that was able to relieve the tension. If you are looking for a good and effective massage this is the place.
I just wanted to leave a quick review regarding the customer service of this establishment. I had bought a massage gift certificate back in January for my aunt who had just moved to Meridian...... Idaho. I searched local spa's in Meridian ID and somehow I was connected with this spa. I blindly breezed right over the address and purchased a gift certificate which was emailed directly to my aunt. Suffice to say, the gift certificate cannot be used. I left a message this morning and received a prompt call back from Carolyn who was so kind, understanding, and helpful and we will be refunded for that gift certificate.
