I desperately needed a new dentist and hadn't had my eyes checked since before the pandemic. I thought it was so clever when I received a mailer offering both services at one location. Lucky for me that Jenny answered my call. Jenny was able to introduce me to the practice, calm my fears, schedule appointments for me within my time constraints, all while remaining calm, caring, patient, and professional. Upon arrival to my first appointment, I was greeted with a gift bag personalized with my name. I was escorted by Z, a technician with 17 years of experience, to an examination room where he offered a blanket, pillow, Netflix, etc. Dr. Reardon was prepared when he walked in and introduced himself. It was obvious that he had reviewed my chart and X-rays taken by Z using innovative technology. He presented options and formulated a customized plan for me. Next step was the eye exam and Dr. Lee did not disappoint! Using the latest technology, and her attention to detail, my prescription was perfect. George helped me pick out two frames and delivered them in rapid time. I was overwhelmed by the client-based culture that permeates this entire practice, monitored by Meg, the office manager. Few practices can compare to the technology used here. I don't know of any practice that can compare to the respect demonstrated for clients.
