We've ordered a number of flooring products for our home from Loudoun Valley Floors. The prices are comparable to other companies, including the big box doors, and we received a small discount for being a repeat customer. We had some minor issues with a runner on hardwood and they came back a number of times before it was fixed to perfection. We've never had an issue with them disagreeing if we saw something wrong with the product or installation. They stand behind their customer service, which is why we go to them for all of our flooring needs.

After booking online in the afternoon, the technician arrived the very next morning, prompt, professional, and prepared to do a great job. He provided great customer service, moved furniture where necessary, and my carpet looks brand new!!
