I’ve been a member of this gym for quite some time, and when I first joined, it was an excellent facility. The locker rooms were always clean, the machines were in great shape, and amenities like the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were a huge plus. The staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable.
However, things have drastically changed. The swimming pool and sauna are no longer available, and many of the machines are either broken or in poor condition. Review dropped to two stars. Waiting at front desk for 10 minutes and guys sitting at their desks on their phones the entire time didn't ask at all if I needed help with anything. Girl at front desk basically told me nothing will change regarding paper towels and there's really no way to leave a comment? People... read full review
