What services you can do are limited by locations abilities. Not all perform inside service. A few locations have had malfunctioning machines that were not in service. Over all I am happy with their service and the many locations, I just feel that they may need to implement a maintenance schedule for their heavily used equipment in their wash lanes in particular. I use their service on 3 of my vehicles on a weekly basis is not more. That is 3 separate subscription per month.

I have taken 2 of my Cars here in the last two days. I have to say that Will was amazing. He seemed to be the only one there today and there was a long line. He kept his cool and was so kind and positive. I noticed him talking to multiple people and helping them all while running back over and taking new cars in the line. I feel like whoever is in charge needs to know how great he is and maybe make sure he has a little help when it's busy. So 5 stars for Will!!!!

I have to say that I really like this place. Because it is convenient and easy to get to. For about $30/month I can take my vehicle in to get washed a few times during that month if I wanted or needed to. When you are done you simply pull into a spot to finish cleaning your vehicle. There are CLEAN rags available to wipe down your vehicle as well as vacuum hoses on either side for easy access to hard to reach places. Don't have to keep tugging on that annoying hose to GET THAT ONE SPOT before you have to load more quarters in. There are additional services available, but for what I need it for, I am very happy with Flagship. Highly recommend
