I can't recommend Firefly Acupuncture enough! As I trained for an Ironman, knee pain and insomnia hit me hard. Rachel and her team were incredible - so friendly and thoughtful. I was referred to Firefly by a friend who's back ailments after a car accident were "cured" and thought I'd give it a try to resolve my own chronic lower back issues from overuse and sports. I have previously done physical therapy, extensive chiropractor sessions, X-rays, MRIs, diet changes, home exercise, stretching, time off, etc. All resulted in slight improvements.
