“Metro Drainage Pros excavated eight clogged up downspout extensions and replaced them with 4” PVC pipe with clean outs and popup emitters. They removed and replaced part of our concrete walkway to insure proper pitch to the pipe that had to run underneath it. From our first contact to the completion of the job, the owner, Jim Monge, was responsive, easy to work with, and meticulous. The price was in line with the other estimates that we obtained. All the work was done neatly and carefully. Except for unavoidable weather interruptions, he began and completed the work as scheduled. He dealt with a few minor complications (a space problem with joining the extension to a downspout and extra- thick concrete) very professionally. We felt he delivered everything he promised and more. We would hire him again without reservation. This is a small business, and we feel we benefited from the owner’s full attention.“

“We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful.In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work. “Russ was instrumental in negotiating with the insurance company resulting in a substantially higher settlement. He was really good at keeping me informed, returned my calls, and answered all my questions. He is about to put on a new roof and install new siding for me. Will update review upon completion.Update-The roof was replaced and looks fantastic. I also had the gutters replaced.Next up was replacing the siding. Before the new siding went up Russ installed a water barrier (wasn't installed during the initial build) and added a 1/4ín insulation wrap. The new siding looks really good; on top of that I have piece of mind my home is protected from water and my utility bills are lower.Following the roof and siding Russ repainted the interior of my home. I was amazed how fast they worked while providing a quality job.Last, but not least, I am currently working with Russ on new kitchen countertops.
