“Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve purchased. Cleaning services are not something I typically purchase. However, I had family coming in town and really didn’t have time to do it myself. However, I’m actually glad I did. A lady came out and viewed the house and gave me an estimate. There were no games, no surprises on price. The price she quoted was the price. The team was very nice. They were on time and did a fantastic job. I actually put them on a bi-weekly schedule. “I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.“

“I called APS 4 years ago when I broke my leg. I had never used a cleaning company before and they did such an amazing job I kept them for 4 years. Patty always contacted me the day before to make sure I was ok with them coming over and was always accommodating when I needed to change the date of service. On several occasions the house was worse than usual because of gatherings, I was super busy at work or not feeling well. Any time I felt that something wasn’t cleaned to standard she always fixed the problem as soon as was possible.We recently had to move and hired her for the clean out move. “Extremely thorough. Pilar came with the girls to do a walk through before hand so she could ensure all that we wanted was done. Then she left them to it. They did all that we asked and then some. In fact, I noticed the dials on my stove were on wrong because they too them off to ensure all the dirt that collets there was clean! So to me, if things are slightly out of place, that means they were MOVED and what’s underneath CLEANED. Good thing in my opinion. We’ll have them back.“
