My experience with the staff has been good so far. My child has been coming to this office since she was a newborn. She'll be 13 this year. My only complaint is that it is impossible to get someone on the phone for questions or scheduling. The only way to get an appointment is through the website but it is not set up for follow up appt. You have to request that through the website. But then no one calls you back. The only way I could get a follow up appointment was to make time to go into the office and request one. Then later on I needed to reschedule, but there is no way to do that online or phone. Very frustrating!!
Website is totally not user friendly, they never answer the phone and when they do they recommend to use the website/portal... The best doctor left and I have been seen with doctors that wants to see you for about 5 minutes and bye... read full review
This has been a great experience so far! We just had our first baby and both Dr. Maya and Dr. Hill have been so good to us. Dr. Hill is just excellent at her job as a lactation specialist and we feel so lucky to have found this practice. Looking forward to continued excellent care.
