I have been to many PT places. This place is amazing. From scheduling and administration to the actual therapy. These ladies are great. Caitlyn is doing an outstanding job! She is truly passioned about her work, she is very knowledgeable, she cares and she makes a difference. A true professional! Thumps up with both hands
I arrived at Benchmark Therapy with tears of chronic pain due to ??♀️. From the moment I walked in I was assisted with compassionate care. My hands felt like needles were constantly stabbing them, the front sweet lady offered to help as much possible (still does). Dr. Friday is amazing she actually LIS•INS and holds me accountable which is amazing because thats one of my needs. Thank you thank you for being part of my healin journey love you ? and TY for bringing me back tears of joy!
I’ve gone to many different places for physical therapy and Caitlyn is by far the best! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer every question with detail and ensures I understand. When you walk into the doors of their facility, you’re not just another patient. They take the time to get to know you and will become your biggest cheerleaders! I can’t recommend Caitlyn and her team more!!!
