Rating this a 3 because the lash techs ate great, however the front desk staff are not able to explain with competence how the charges are made without being confused. It's happened at least twice now and the reason why i will be canceling this membership. Not worth the headache and trying to keep up with charges or credits on my account since i don't need to go regularly. Also, they don't provide receipts for the services rendered which is another reason i don't trust this place. In addition, no manager is in site, how is that possible? Terrible customer service and girls always seem to be distracted and on their phones and earbuds, so unprofessional.
At Christmas time, I did my own lash lift… You know those ones you see advertised on Facebook. It turned out to be a disaster. Christa helped me and explained how to get my lashes better. After two lifts the lashes are now looking almost perfect, they just need time to grow. The sweet receptionist is awesome and always has a smile and willing to schedule as I need.
This was my first time visiting Amazing Lash Studio, and it was a great experience. The front receptionist was kind and very helpful. The salon is very clean. Kiara was my lash tech and she made me feel very comfortable. She asks a lot of questions to make sure I got what I wanted and took her time. I absolutely love my lashes. And, will be back.
