I started working with Tatiana last December when I finally bit the bullet to pursue extensions. I did a lot of research on stylists and decided on Tatiana because her portfolio was gorgeous. Our consultation was fantastic. She listened to my wants and concerns and was so transparent and honest when providing me with options. She took my budget into account as well as the maintenance I was prepared to do. My initial installation was perfection. She is extremely detail oriented and won’t let you leave until she satisfied…and believe me, she is a perfectionist! My color match was excellent and my friends told me that if they hadn’t known in advance, they would never be able to tell that it not my real hair. My real hair has grown out perfectly and Tatiana recently colored me darker, as per my request. I have received so many compliments on my hair over the last several months and I credit that to Tatiana. She is an hour and a half from my home, but I refuse to go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed!

I know anytime I see only 5 start reviews, I question the authenticity. Not here. Khan took me with little advance notice and I had never been to him before, just saw his work. The transformation was incredible. I'm 61 and he made me look so "hip" lol. I had a wedding to go to and soooo many people at work and the wedding commented on how amazing my hair looked. He trimmed it (fixed my mistakes of cutting it myself ;), touched up my roots, fixed the color and put in highlights, and styled it to perfection. So grateful.

Chris is everything you look for in a hair stylist. She is extremely joyful and easy to talk to while also being so talented at what she does. I am really bad at explaining what I want done with my hair but Chris took the time to make sure she understood me and truly exceeded my expectations! I had just moved to the area and was so nervous to get my hair done and Chris eased all my fears! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I will start by saying this is the most expensive haircut I have ever had...3x as much as I would normally pay! It might be a once-a-year cut for me but I was very happy with the outcome. I opted for the "Deva Treatment" for curly hair that included a dry cut, wash and deep conditioning, then styling. The care that went into the cut and showing me how to style it moving forward was very much appreciated. I recommend the treatment as a first visit but future visits can only be the dry cut (making it only just more than double what I would normally pay ). Also, it took about 3 hours for the cut, wash, deep conditioning, & styling...another reason to only do the dry cut in the future. I'm not really sure I can justify the cost too much to return but I'm also not sure I can say that I've ever loved a haircut like I do this one. Four stars is mainly for price. Five stars for everything else.
I got my hair done by Nia in February 2024 and I still think about how amazing my hair felt afterwards at least once a week. I never leave reviews but felt the need to for this experience. Nia was so chill but efficient. She had me in and out of the chair within an hour which I have never in my life experienced with my thick curly 3b hair. She cut my hair exactly as I described/visualized and I felt so happy leaving her salon. She will definitely be my go to hair stylist moving forward

This is my first time at Best Barbershop. I called in before coming. I came in right around closing time. I am not sure because of this causing my barber was rough on my head and ears. Thomas was my barber. I showed him the haircut picture and he took a picture and followed the work. The quality was okay. The vibe was quiet. Improvements: - Clean tools after using to serve the next clients for hygiene. - Be gentle when turning customer's head and pressing down ears because my barber pushed my head too hard and harsh and pressing my ears way harder than necessary. It does hurt and I got headache. Customers come in to relax, enjoy the service and get fresh cuts. - If too late and cannot take in more customers please put closed sign because customers would not want to be treated rushing and unwelcoming attitude. - I do not know why my barber did things different on previous customer and me. My barber was so gentle cleaning up mustache for previous customer. When it is my turn, my barber was too harsh and rough on my head and ears. I do not like it this part! - I showed the picture to my barber and it looks like they did not like it that I gave the example of skin fade work. Maybe my barber was rough and pushing my head too hard. Please do not do that to your customers! - Should provide shampoo and the service can charge up to $25 including shampoo. Because other places I go that is what I pay for. Here I pay $22 and rough hot towel on the back of my head. No cleaning my neck line and side line at all. It was not neat as expected. Thank you!
I tried a couple of different barber shops when I moved to the area and settled on Friends as they are always consistently good and make everything easy. The ladies who cut the hair are so polite and nice. I’ve been going with my two sons for a few months now and they are always so welcoming and we’re always happy with the haircuts. Much quicker than other barber shops I’ve tried too, even when it’s busy. Thanks!

This was my first time at Deja Vu Nails and I loved it! It had a really high rating and positive reviews on Google, so I opted to go with Johnny. I also like when salons list pricing for everything on their website and LOVE that I can book online too, very easy. For the nails, Johnny did AMAZING. The attention to detail is nothing I’ve ever seen before! I got a gel mani with chrome and showed a reference photo. His precision was fantastic and nothing hurt with my cuticles. He also cut away all the gunk under my nails from filing and any extra polish, which was a first for me! Previous salons I’ve been to just leave the filed down gunk under the nails. My nails have never looked so clean and beautiful! Definitely returning!! And I believe I got a small discount by paying entirely via venmo. ?

Lynh was my nail tech and not only did she provide top-notch customer service but was incredibly friendly and also helped me pick out a beautiful nail color. It’s under new management and the new owner, Jennifer, has done a fantastic job ensuring the salon is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I left feeling pampered and with beautifully done nails. Highly recommend!
I got a pedicure at Abbey Nails from Tina and I am very pleased with the service. She was careful, attentive thorough. The shop is small but felt friendly and organized. Tina focused on her work at all times. The cost was $37 which I thought was fair. I plan to return and have no problem recommend it.

I have walked in a few times and they were able to accommodate without much waiting, but I recommend calling before. They have tons of options and colors. I usually get gel or acrylics. The ladies are usually able to replicate designs I saw online. I’ve been to multiple ladies here and they never disappoint.

I keep my nails short, and I typically opt for a classic mani/pedi in my first visit to a particular salon to get a sense of the basic service - and this was the best ever. Tammy's care and attention to my nails were exemplary throughout, and her foot/leg exfoliation and massage were especially noteworthy. The salon itself does feel spa-like, with nice decor and pleasant background music playing, making for a truly relaxing experience. So glad to have this gem within walking distance!

Her creativity and passion is what keeps me coming back. Last night, I showed her a design that had some complexity to it, but she made my nails exactly the same! Also, pricing is reasonable!

I found Luxe Studio on Instagram while searching for a DMV hair stylist who makes wigs. The wigs on their IG page are stunning. I wear a wig everyday due to thinning in my crown and recently have had nothing but bad luck purchasing wigs online. So I reached out and was pleasantly surprised to learn that Monica the owner could customize a wig for me in a week. After placing the order, I couldn’t help but wonder if she could also help with my short 4c natural hair, which I dread doing. Well, let me tell you! I booked an appointment and Monica gave me the works. She texturized, used a steamer, and custom colored my coils—my hair even had body! I also left with a wig styled exactly like the one I’d been looking for online for months! My experience with Luxe Studio and Monica was exceptional. I’m feeling hopeful about wearing my own hair again, and the custom wigs too!

We had a leak in the toilet and kitchen sink. We called and they came in the same day to take a look. He scheduled the service the next day and the problem was solved within 24 hours of contacting them!
My water heater stopped working, noticed the pilot light was out. I tried several times to relight with no luck. Tried calling other places but they were not open. Called Fair Dollar Plumbing and they were able to come out within the prescribed time, actually earlier than expected, and was able to fix my water heater. The person who came out was courteous, professional, and respectful when entering my house. I highly recommend them.

They also gave good suggestions for keeping the issue from occurring again, and discovered another issue which they will take care of too.

We can’t say enough good things about Master Flooring Design Center. Owner, Wali, and his skilled craftsman, Sher, are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They were most helpful in picking out the best flooring option for our needs. Their timeline was accurate and Wali communicated readily to keep us apprised of changes and updates. The work that Sher did for us on our staircase and stairs was excellent! Absolutely beautiful finished product, and fine workmanship. The crew that laid the floor was also very skilled and were a pleasure to have in our home. They worked steadily and efficiently to get the job done. They were polite, kind, and took very good care of our home. The entire crew also cleaned up every day before leaving the job, and again upon completion. Sam was so great to work with on replacing the carpet in our condo with LVP. We wanted something modern but also timeless and he had several to choose from but made a great suggestion to tie our beige walls and grey furniture all together. Then, when I felt like something didn’t sit quite right because our subfloor was uneven he had it fixed right away even though it wasn’t their fault. Also, when our tenants caused a water leak working with him to replace the floor was so quick and easy and he only replaced what was actually needed rather than doing more just for more money. We’ve recommended him to all of our friends and family and will definitely use his services again.
Metro Drainage Pros excavated eight clogged up downspout extensions and replaced them with 4” PVC pipe with clean outs and popup emitters. They removed and replaced part of our concrete walkway to insure proper pitch to the pipe that had to run underneath it. From our first contact to the completion of the job, the owner, Jim Monge, was responsive, easy to work with, and meticulous. The price was in line with the other estimates that we obtained. All the work was done neatly and carefully. Except for unavoidable weather interruptions, he began and completed the work as scheduled. He dealt with a few minor complications (a space problem with joining the extension to a downspout and extra- thick concrete) very professionally. We felt he delivered everything he promised and more. We would hire him again without reservation. This is a small business, and we feel we benefited from the owner’s full attention.

Lighting was also changed in the foyer and family room and the vanity in the bathroom changed out. LPV flooring was installed. Total Construction Company was very professional and listened to our needs. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The total remodel was about 30 days. I am so glad I found Ashburn Natural Wellness! I have chronic neck pain and my chiropractor appts with Dr. Le have been so helpful, with immediate results. I also highly recommend a massage with Chrissy - she is amazing at what she does! She focused on mostly on my neck just like I asked her to. She found and got right into my problem spots. I feel so much relief from the tension I have had for so long! Their website is so easy to navigate to make or change appointments.
Dr. Poulin completely saved me. I came to him very early in my first pregnancy with debilitating back pain. I had been in tears for weeks due to the pain I was feeling, and had lost the ability to do normal activities, including sitting, standing, sleeping, etc. I was very skeptical about seeing a chiropractor, and now my only regret is that I hadn’t gone to him sooner. Dr. Poulin was SO kind and empathetic, and immediately assured me that he would be able to help me. I was already in physical therapy before seeing Dr. Poulin, but hadn’t had any relief yet. After my first appointment with Dr. Poulin, I felt relief that I had only been dreaming of, and my tears from pain and sadness turned to tears of joy and hope. After just 3 appointments, I feel like I’m so close to being back to normal. I can now stand up without using support, and the best part is that my outlook on life has completely changed. Dr. Poulin goes above and beyond, and even checks in on me after appointments to monitor my pain level. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t found him and I will never be able to put into words the impact he has had on my life in such a short amount of time. Thank you, Dr. Poulin!!
I have been going to the OM Center for over a year and a half and could not be more pleased with the entire practice. The atmosphere in the office is bright and so positive! I have been seen exclusively by Dr. Maya Mann and all I can say is I feel so much better after every visit. More than that, Dr. Mann explains, in layman’s terms, what is going on with my body and how her treatment benefits me. After my adjustment I am guided to the massage chair which is the icing on the cake. I’ve reached the point where my visits are keeping me healthy and pain free. I just can’t say enough how enjoyable every visit is to the OM Center.

My cat Dolly had a cold that quickly grew into something more sinister - one morning, she was struggling to breathe and had bloody mucus coming out of her nose. Like any other grown up adult, I had a full on meltdown and called her normal vet sobbing because I was terrified she was dying.
Now I have a full on care plan with a local office (rhymes with Wanfield), and you’d think that paying a monthly fee for ongoing care of your precious baby angel would mean that…you get ongoing care for your precious baby angel. But, they were fully booked for the next few days - could I bring her in later that week? (Surely they misunderstood me. You see, she was struggling to breathe. This was an emergency…right?) But I was not confused - in fact, there are no appts for emergencies available. Ever. (Lesson learned lol)
So I called a few other local pet ERs and they were all on a several hour wait. (Remember, my cat can’t breathe. She is bleeding.)
Thank the dear Lord in heaven that I remembered this place opened up nearby. They took her immediately, and the entire staff was so kind and caring. (And very generously ignored the fact I had been crying for hours and looked like a swollen mess) They quickly figured out what was going on, got her on oxygen, and were so sweet and gentle with her that it totally erased all of my fears. They even gave her an hour or so in an oxygen tank free of charge while we waited for the test results.
The other thing I appreciated so much was the kindness about what treatments may or may not work. The hard thing about being a pet owner is having to essentially put a price on your animal’s life. Is it worth spending a few thousand dollars on something that may not even work? I really was so touched by the honesty and understanding the Doctor showed in weighing the options, and the way he gave his own opinions as a pet lover versus a vet.
Dolly is still recovering from her bout of pneumonia- but hopefully she gets better soon!
Dr. Lauren Taylor is awesome! The staff is friendly and the location is great. It is a few steps away from a Giant grocery store.
Dr. Singh and his staff are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They genuinely care for the pets and do only what's necessary to keep them healthy. I have called them numerous times in case of urgency and they helped me out over the phone or by accommodating immediate appointments. I highly recommend their services.

The most amazing Pilates and strength workout you can find! I love Solidcore and the studio is amazing with mega reformers and a core based workout. I have chronic pain issues and on a recommendation from my physical therapist, waited 8 months to get an appointment for a session with Felicia. It took a couple months after that to get into a monthly rotation. It was worth the wait. I now schedule out for an entire year.
Felicia is competent, kind, broadly experienced in multiple techniques, and just a genuinely good person. She takes pains to make her clients feel comfortable and that they are in a safe environment both medically and psychologically. I greatly appreciate this.
I've had a number of massages in my life, and I'm picky. Many practitioners don't seem to reach the source of the problems. Felicia has good instincts as well as skills, and knows how to listen to what your body is telling her. She has become a pivotal part of my self care. The Therapists (and the entire staff) are fantastic! ***Special shout out to Vera and Nader, who were my primary therapists!*** I'm 58 and have never been to PT because everything always healed on it's own. Not this time. I strained a muscle on the back of my neck and it just would not heal. I saw a specialist in the same building and I chose Inova PTC from a list provided. After just four sessions, I began feeling better and after 6 or 7, I no longer felt that I was "tweaking" it and setting back my recovery. Now into my fifth and final week, I feel great. When I get hurt doing Jiu Jitsu again, (probably because I did something stupid again) I will come back to this center, even though I live in Leesburg. : ) All should be proud that they work there and do what they do!
The therapist was fantastic and knowledgeable in helping me treat my pain and then progressed through strengthening my shoulders. Highly recommended!!!

We chose SA Driving School for our eldest son who turned 16 in April. He just passed his Behind the Wheel class this morning and is now legally licensed to drive w/o a parent/guardian in the car with him. Mr. Khan taught me to drive very well and has an amazing personality. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get drivers license. His experience and wisdom in driving are second to none. But beyond just that, the way he teaches and communicates with the student is incredible.Mr. Khan teaches you by having you do things. He wants you to learn how to actually drive as opposed to the theory.
