Our Well stopped working this last Saturday. I was certain the pump had crapped out and it would no doubt need replacing. Not an inexpensive item. We called Hall's yesterday. They said everyone was busy and that they'd call us back, most likely tomorrow, and they'd send someone if they could. We got a call at 9 am this morning. They could send a tech out if we still wanted someone and he could be there in an hour. About 45 minutes later David showed up(in the pouring rain) and got right to work(mind you.. we live in the sticks off a road that looks like it's on it's way to the base camp at Mt. Everest... so that was easier said than done). He pulled our well apart like a man possessed. He zeroed right in on some frayed wiring. He examined the entire rest of the harness, found another less frayed spot, clearly marked them and spliced fixes in for both. I was very relieved we didn't need a pump, which he could have sold me if he'd have tried. He was honest, fast, efficient, courteous and very reasonably priced. And all on the day before Thanksgiving. I wasn't expecting to get anyone until this monday or tuesday. So.... a shout out to Mr. Lawrence Hall... your boy David needs a raise. He's the reason we'll be calling you when we need our next well drilled or have any other well troubles. Many thanks. :)
