Although I had a bad experience at this place, I have to give it to Angela, the owner. As soon as I posted the review, she contacted me directly and apologize for the experience. I am giving it 5 stars because I like small business that care about how their customers are treated and of course want the best for them. Don’t make my experience stop you from going. Angela cares about customer service and the service that they provide. She took my experience very serious and was very concern about me, but was very clear that she will make sure that my experience won’t ever repeat again to anybody.

Past Review:
I went yesterday to get a Brazilian wax. As soon as I got there she showered me with baby powder. While spreading the 3 cups of baby powder on my vagina she scratched me multiple times. The lady was so aggressive, she didn’t let the wax even dry, she would put the paper for a second and rip without even getting any hair. While ripping the wax from top to bottom she would hit the table, she waxed the same spot 5 times. She had the nerve to asked “are you nervous?” Meanwhile I was suffering. Once she was done, she told me to check myself and let her know if she needed to go over one more time (in my head I was like HELL NO!) I got up and the paper was stuck to my butt, I had wax on my fresh manicure because she asked me to hold my skin since she couldn’t ripped hair with her “technique” I stayed in that room for a good 20 mins cleaning myself. Now my vagina is irritated, seems like she ripped skin and hurts to walk. I went to this place because my usual lady was not available so lesson learned, never cheat on your lady even when is an emergency.
DO NOT GET A BRAZILIAN THERE!!“

“Amazingly friendly no-frills barbershop/salon. I walked in and asked for a basic trim of my long and super damaged hair. My stylist gave me a great cut, with layers and she kept in mind how prone my hair was to split ends, so she made sure to modify her methods accordingly and explained everything as she did it. I love my new haircut! And the price is so reasonable! She quoted me 35 for my long hair and even apologized saying it's normally 25(?) for regular length hair. Still an amazing price!“

I recently came here for the first time. I got Apres X gel because I needed extensions and they had to last my full 3 week vacation. Bibi was insanely skilled and took her time to get every detail right. I'm a perfectionist and neurotic about symmetry, and I legit couldn't find a single thing to bother me.

She spent 2.5 hours (!!!) getting every detail perfect and nailed my inspo pic to a TEE.

That said, it was $145 all in (Apres X + extension + design + tip) so I admittedly won't be back consistently. But this was exactly what I needed for my big sexy French vacation. They look like new 3weeks later with no lifting. I can't recommend them enough for special event perfection (or if you're rich af).

“Aura spa at Vida Fitness in Ballston is a hidden gem. I had the best facial with Elena! I have sensitive skin and the products were very soothing and effective. I enjoyed every step of the facial from the rejuvenating face massage, lymph drainage techniques, neck and shoulder stretches, gentle extractions, hot towels, etc. There was minimal talking so I was able to be present in my body to rest and restore.
