Thomas and his gentlemen workers provided a superb experience taking down my 30ft Mulberry Tree as well as stump & root removal. During the estimate appointment, Thomas was incredibly detailed on options with a very fair estimate and he provided advice on a replacement tree (Crape Myrtle). His gentlemen were efficient, very neat about the work area, super friendly and even reset my paving stones. It is like there was never a tree in the first place. You will not be disappointed if you select them!
I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Heart of Wood. From my first contact with Thomas Spencer, through the removal of broken/dead tree branches, removal of 2 small trees and some huge honeysuckles, and stump removal- they are prompt, professional, efficient, and reasonable. Plus, they clean up nicely when they’re finished.
Update: Over the past few years, I’ve hired Heart of Wood 3 times now. Yesterday’s job was trimming dead branches, cutting branches back from the roof of the house & the shed, & removing a bit of bamboo that had invaded. They did a great job, and I’ll continue to recommend them every chance I get.
The Heart of Wood handled a tricky tree removal involving power lines, a fence, an elaborate flower garden & a difficult neighbor. Everything was handled skillfully & professionally.
