StarFit provides a fantastic workout, focused on building strength. Each workout is thoughtfully designed, using a variety of moves and equipment, while still keeping things simple. In the small group class, the workout is accessible to all, and the trainers provide excellent and personalized coaching.

This is the perfect place if you're feeling intimidated about going into a big gym. The personal training sessions with Leslie helped me feel comfortable after not strength training for a very long time. She explained everything and was careful not to overload me with weights and instead making sure my form and movements were correct. The small group training was just what I was looking for in a gym. Encouragement from others and enough attention from the trainer to ensure I'm getting the most out of the workout and doing the exercises correctly ?
