We had an amazing experience at our team workout class at SPENGA! The instructors are energetic and motivating, and the facility is top-notch. It is also right next to our office which we LOVE! We loved the combination of spin, strength training, and yoga, making for a well-rounded workout that left us feeling energized. I love SPENGA ballston. It is the perfect combination of cardio and strength. And you get to use the last 20 mins for yoga so you can stretch and with 20 mins of each category, the workout flies by. Studio and equipment is clean.
