Semper Laser

Having moved from So-Cal, I've spent a good half a year looking for a good laser place with transparent pricing, trustworthy clinicians, and good machinery. I have darker skin and black hair, so I'm cautious not to go just anywhere. Semper laser had great opening offers, and while I hadn't heard of it before, I realized when I signed 20 pages of consent forms that it must be a large company. The facility is modern, clean, and--once you know where it is, easy to find. I think the issue with the location is mainly that the ballston mall is confusing and lacking signage. The staff at Semper have been pleasant and easy to talk to. Very communicative. I would recommend arriving early though because it sounds like they are strict on no shows.

Not only is this facility beautiful, but the staff is friendly and very informative. My technician Kierra went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to keep the procedure as painless as possible. My expectations were exceeded. Visit this facility for any of your hair removal needs!
