Great selection of plants and really cute selection of pots and planters. Beyond that, cannot speak highly enough of the customer service. They are knowledgeable, kind and go above and beyond.
I just had the most WONDERFUL shopping experience here with Sam. As a newbie to plant ownership, she was so incredibly patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic in helping me. She taught me how to repot a plant, gave me tailored suggestions on plant types that would flourish in my house (based on which direction the windows faced in each room!!!) and was just all around a delightful person to work with. Thank you, Sam!! I will be back again for sure.
I've lived in the DMV for about six months now and I started shopping at REWILD when I moved to the area. I've NEVER posted a review to Google before, but I've been so impressed with my experience, that I thought I'd give this a try. The staff have been nothing less than exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've frequented the Ballston Quarter, Shaw, and Capitol Hill stores quite a bit and have never had a poor experience. I've even come to know a few of the staff on a first name basis.
