They do great work but they’re impossible to get an appointment with. I️ contacted them by the website and NEVER received a reply. Their website said it’s better to call them, so I️ called 4 days in a row, no response. The following week I️ called and was told their scheduling personnel would contact me, this never happened. I️ contacted them again the following week and was told this:“I’m sorry the nurse practitioner just had knee surgery and she is out of the work field for 4 weeks I’m so sorry this happened she had an accident.”Why wouldn’t they have told me this prior? The owner, Bea, is an amazing person who is so helpful and has so much integrity. She might truly be the most honest person I've ever met. If she thinks a treatment won't give you the results you want, she will let you know. She does a great job every treatment - I can't recommend her enough!
Amazing, friendly service! I had my first session of microneedling with Bea. She is so friendly and energetic about her practice!The office is very inviting, and the past review is right- the free parking is a great perk!Bea chatted with me about microneedling before we started to make sure it was the right treatment for the results I was trying to achieve (to fade acne scarring). Then we just kept chatting about all things skincare throughout the treatment. She communicated with me throughout the needling to make sure I was comfortable and informed about the process.I will definitely be returning!
