    They take your money upfront and don't provide terms of service. They charge $1450 and don't provide value.

    I went to this clinic a few years back. Yes, it is costly and you could get the opinion the wife is rude. To me, she was alot like others I know that came from a different culture or part of the country. As time went on, I really began to like her. The doctor is different but not inappropriate. He does a extensive physical before you start. Kudos to him. My own provider is not this detailed. He even caught a thyroid problem and began treating it. I am sure if I felt the need for a chaprone, with him, I would have been given one. This is the only place I have ever been to where I actually made my weight goal and kept it off for over a year.     The girl who answers the phones here is extremely rude, unprofessional and any business owner in their right mind would fire her immediately. She audibly called me annoying for requesting directions to the office, and proceeded to hang up on me. If I didn't know any better, I would be under the impression I just spoke to a 13 year old, prepubescent girl. Regardless of who is calling and regardless of the reason, as the voice of this office, you should speak to everyone with respect-- you never know who is calling.
