Northside Veterinary Clinic is a small, friendly practice that has been caring for pets like family for the past 18 years. The veterinarians and staff are known for their exceptional patience, professionalism, and compassion, creating a warm and inviting environment. While the clinic is currently not accepting new patients due to its small size, its loyal customer base speaks volumes about the quality of care and service provided. Northside is a small, friendly practice where your pets are truly treated like family. Over the past 18 years, they have seen 3 of our labs through good times and crisis and will soon meet a fourth. We can’t say enough about the vets and staff at Northside. We humans should be so lucky to receive such personal care.
I'm not really sure how to rate this, but just FYI to everyone...I called today and they still aren't taking any new patients due to it being a small practice. Which I understand. They don't have a waitlist and they don't have any recommendations for other places to go too. They will just tell you they don't have any, and to look for others in your area or refer you to the one across the street from them. Super bummed because I loved that they had people who were 10-20 year loyal customers. It says a lot about the business.
