    The young woman on the phone was rude and quickly lost her patience trying to explain their process to me, which still doesn't make sense.Edit. So I ended up calling again in the morning, and scheduled an appointment for a CT scan. I have to be honest, the facilities were top notch, and the medical staff were so, so kind. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Also the young woman receptionists was much nicer in person vs. when she was on the phone at the end of the day with nobody else but us to judge the interaction. I'll update it from 1 star to 3 solely for the lovely technicians.

    This experience has been absurd from start to finish. They lied to me straight. Saying my insurance doesn’t cover my CT Scan and that they did not receive the referral from my doctor’s office. I have contacted both my insurance and my doctor. The insurance told me they did not even contacted them!This is ridiculous!

    Yesterday I left a one frustrated star rating with no words because I called several times to ask a critical billing question, but no one was picking up and the answering machine message was playing a message meant for an earlier date.Today, the next day, someone called back and left a detailed apology and instructions. In the follow-on conversation my billing issues were answered, which is why I upped my rating. A human voice sometimes does the trick.
