let me start by saying Dr.Adams was the best obgyn I’ve ever had and I regret that I won’t be able to receive her services going forward. i am a single mother of twin 2 year olds so clearly life is hectic. i have been a patient with this practice for almost 2 years and over the past few months I had some financial issues due to life problems: I called the office and explained it previously . i had an outstanding balance of $75 due to missing an appt. i attended another visit on august 22 for 2 pm which I intended to do during my lunch break. i sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes and wasn’t seen so unfortunately I had to go back to work. i tried again for September 7, in which my sons were sick that morning so I called and told them I’d be unable to attend. they assessed a charge and ultimately cancelled my patient care with them. i attempted to reach out to the office manager today and she was extremely rude and condescending! i was honest about my situation as embarrassing as it is and she accused me of not respecting the doctor because I didn’t pay on time. and told me I wasn’t making a good case of wanting to still treat with them because I pointed out that they are an obgyn practice and I would expect them to be more understanding of women and supportive. i explained how I only felt comfortable with Dr. adams and even sat on the phone crying but she didn’t care she stood quiet and told me she wasn’t having this discussion any further. i even offered to pay the full balance to remain seeing the doctor. i am very high risk for cervical cancer and breast cancer and it’s a sensitive topic. i felt unheard and disrespected. i would highly not recommend if you are a women that has any life difficulties , this office does not support the single mother at all.
Dr. Elliott was my most favorite doctor when we lived in Northern Virginia. I am now in Richmond va and my husband Heath and I are expecting our first grandchild with our daughter who Dr. Elliott delivered in 1984. I can't leave out our son who he also delivered in 1982 during that horrific crash on the 14th street bridge.Dr. Elliott has the best bedside manner of any of the doctors I have had since those wonderful visits with him. I am jealous of the patients he has now. please share this with him as well. Thank you so much, Sandra Clift
Dr. Borelli is a kind, knowledgeable, excellent doctor. She answered every question I had regarding my health. She asked about my professional and personal life. I shared I had an upcoming board exam. At my next appointment, she came in the room all smiles and asked if I passed. It was something small but it meant a lot. She is truly a caring, wonderful person. At the procedure I had this morning, she was excellent yet again. Kind and calm. I had concerns post-op and called the office, leaving a message. Within 5 minutes, she returned the call and spoke to me directly. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
