I had to call four times to attempt to get my instructions and prescription for my colonoscopy. I spoke directly to the scheduler that assured me these would be sent right away. They were not. I canceled my appointment and will go elsewhere. I would avoid this practice if possible. My doctor was Dr. Trinh. She should know how poorly patients are treated. Do not use this practice.

truly the worst and most unprofessional doctor and practice I have ever used. Do not see Dr. Hermann. He is always running late and has no time for patients. The front office staff is ridiculous. I have talked with nurses who once worked in this practice and they say Hermann is cheap and won't pay for staffing. Avoid!

As with all the other comments left on this website, I too have been unable to contact this office after numerous phone calls. I don’t understand why there’s no one available to answer the phone or even as much as tell you what the office hours are when calling.
