The owner and employees are helpful and attentive, but I'd hesitate to recommend the tailoring and alterations services - which are quite expensive ($20 to shorten short sleeves). I sent my shirt sleeves to be hemmed, but the two shirts were ruined upon receipt - too much was taken off. Fortunately, they were quick to issue a refund and gift card, but those remedies didn't cover the loss.

I am using there dry cleaners for the last 10+ years the owners do a much better customer service than the employee they do correct their mistake did by employees thanks.Service: Alterations

The ladies here did great alterations for me. I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding, and I ordered my bridesmaid dress in the wrong size. The dress was way too long, and the straps (which were a twisted style) weren't right. Other tailors were quoting me as much as $200 to hem and adjust the straps - which was more than the dress cost me to begin with. The tailors at Lenox Club quoted me $60, finished the job in a week, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
