The owner and employees are helpful and attentive, but I'd hesitate to recommend the tailoring and alterations services - which are quite expensive ($20 to shorten short sleeves). I sent my shirt sleeves to be hemmed, but the two shirts were ruined upon receipt - too much was taken off. Fortunately, they were quick to issue a refund and gift card, but those remedies didn't cover the loss.

I am using there dry cleaners for the last 10+ years the owners do a much better customer service than the employee they do correct their mistake did by employees thanks.Service: Alterations

Lennox Dry cleaners typically are friendly and provide quality service. Today I went in to have a one inch stitch fixed on a shirt. I was told by the service women "Heather" who reluctantly gave her name when I asked for it that she didn't think they offered that service. I was confused but very aware of what was happening. I asked a few questions about how much it would cost to have the shirt repaired and she said she. Im not sure? Heather is not who is usually there. I was very disappointed with the service I received. Do better. Business prejudice isn't right.
