I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's for 20+ years and can honestly share how helpful and kind this practice is to me. They have saved me from surgery two times, and given me relief each and every time. Professional and impactful, great team, and location.
I consult with Dr. Kim every time my kids or I have an ongoing issue - so many practitioners go straight to treating the diagnosis and not the patient or root cause. She's my go-to. I have been a nurse for 7 years, I teach nursing and have seen many providers - she knows what she's doing. She's expensive, which is why I have kept trying out other practices, but I ALWAYS end up coming back to her and she is ultimately the one that ALWAYS fixes the problem.This time around my 5 year old son had his first ear infection. I was having an unusual (for me), painful gut issue that was moving into a second year. It was so severe it manifested into an ulcer in my colon. I ruled out any medical issues through conventional medicine (Endoscopy/Colonoscopy) but I could not see my way out of my issue through diet and exercise. I was exhausted.. My doctor recommended long term use of Prilosec. That didn't feel like an answer for me! A friend of mine recommended Integrative and while visiting VA (I live in CA) I made an appt. Dr Kim interviewed me, sent me for a blood test and devised a supplement/eating plan based on my specific symptoms and blood work. It all made sense, but I was skeptical. Four months later I'm a new person and my skepticism has now turned to amazement . I cannot express how limited my life was before I came to Integrative. I continue with my plan via virtual appointments and I am so grateful I met this team. I have already recommended a few of my friends that are having stubborn health issues and Dr Kim is willing to work virtually.
