I am genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews of this place. It may just be that people will negative things to say are more likely to post.Dr Vo is an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable and thoroughly addresses every concern I have.The nursing staff has also always been very helpful. Responsive and very friendly.

I came there today to make this location my primary care physician and to get blood work done in the same building. The young woman behind the front desk named Cindy refused to validate my parking. So I asked to speak to the office manager and the front desk person goes to the back to discuss why I wanted to speak to the manager. So of course she never came out to speak to me. But I work for INOVA as an RN and I really didn’t appreciate that at all.

it’s like they’re TRYING to get me pregnant/mess with my hormones. every single month is a fight for them to fill my prescription. my poor pharmacy calls and calls and calls with no answer. i’ve received messages that said prescription has been “filled” but after checking 3 times and calling multiple times there’s still nothing there. if you need your medication in a timely manner go anywhere else. absolutely ridiculous.
