Although I had a bad experience at this place, I have to give it to Angela, the owner. As soon as I posted the review, she contacted me directly and apologize for the experience. I am giving it 5 stars because I like small business that care about how their customers are treated and of course want the best for them. Don’t make my experience stop you from going. Angela cares about customer service and the service that they provide. She took my experience very serious and was very concern about me, but was very clear that she will make sure that my experience won’t ever repeat again to anybody.

Past Review:
I went yesterday to get a Brazilian wax. As soon as I got there she showered me with baby powder. While spreading the 3 cups of baby powder on my vagina she scratched me multiple times. The lady was so aggressive, she didn’t let the wax even dry, she would put the paper for a second and rip without even getting any hair. While ripping the wax from top to bottom she would hit the table, she waxed the same spot 5 times. She had the nerve to asked “are you nervous?” Meanwhile I was suffering. Once she was done, she told me to check myself and let her know if she needed to go over one more time (in my head I was like HELL NO!) I got up and the paper was stuck to my butt, I had wax on my fresh manicure because she asked me to hold my skin since she couldn’t ripped hair with her “technique” I stayed in that room for a good 20 mins cleaning myself. Now my vagina is irritated, seems like she ripped skin and hurts to walk. I went to this place because my usual lady was not available so lesson learned, never cheat on your lady even when is an emergency.
DO NOT GET A BRAZILIAN THERE!!“

“I don't know where to begin! I have been coming here since...I think 2019? Nessa will get you HOOKED...in the best way. This is a family run practice in Arlington (despite the name) in a cute little house like studio - one side being facial things and other being Brazilian! The parking lot is free however it can be very tight and limited, there is street parking you have to pay for.

I got their full Brazilian package and it came with a signature facial. Nessa did my Brazilian and I can't praise her enough! She is THE BEST of the BEST! She is educated, informative, and so positive! She honestly makes it so great to be around. They take care of you before, during, and after care of your appointment.

I am now a regular for their facials as well. I have purchased a few facial packages and I love Mina or Mariam! Both are great. I attribute my clear and glowing skin to their facials. I go about once a season (that's all I can afford right now or I'd go more) and am eventually saving up for more laser packages!

There are many places that will try to sell you on laser but these ladies here have certifications, degrees and it runs in the family.“

She always explains exactly what she is doing and what she is seeing. In my case, she has seen a lot -- including skin cancers and melanoma -- and she is very firm about follow-up treatment and regular check-ups. I give her 5 stars.“

“Having moved from So-Cal, I've spent a good half a year looking for a good laser place with transparent pricing, trustworthy clinicians, and good machinery. I have darker skin and black hair, so I'm cautious not to go just anywhere. Semper laser had great opening offers, and while I hadn't heard of it before, I realized when I signed 20 pages of consent forms that it must be a large company. The facility is modern, clean, and--once you know where it is, easy to find. I think the issue with the location is mainly that the ballston mall is confusing and lacking signage. The staff at Semper have been pleasant and easy to talk to. Very communicative. I would recommend arriving early though because it sounds like they are strict on no shows.“
