Was referred over a week ago and I have called twice a day, every day, for 4 days straight now with no answer. You also cannot leave a message. I've tried all of their different options (Press 1 for_____, Press 2 for_____) with no luck there either. Pretty hard to believe this is still ongoing with all of these reviews complaining of the exact same issue for years now.

I don't really understand what happened to this office. I have had 3 procedures with Dr. Kuperschmidt in the past, but trying to get an appointment now seems to be an impossible mission. Call the scheduling line and leave a message with a purported 48-72 hour call back but no response ever comes. This office is well located for me, but if they can't even return a phone call anymore I clearly have to find a new doctor.

The receptionist is very rude and has no idea which insurance is doctor Kuperschmit, Diego taking making patients having a really hard time, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.They do not care about people health they just are about money, The worst place ever
