You know how there are some places and some people who are just too good to be true?! This is one of those. Coaches who truly care about you, management that is open to suggestions and serendipitously happen to have lovely people as members! I am a runner, cyclist who had never been to a gym - but once the initial apprehension wore off the place really grew on me. The coaches helped me learn and correct my form; and the other members kept me encouraged to keep at it and to improve. I really like this F45 location. The gym coaches are wonderful! They are attentive to their class. The exercises are the same throughout all F45 classes; however, I find that it makes for a great workout. The music choices are the best part of this F45. The gym itself is always clean. There are plenty of clean fresh towels. There is a water dispenser if you need water and the bathrooms are very clean. There are multiple bathrooms as well. Overall, I recommend this location!

I've been going to the ballston f45 since January, and it's really great! I'm not someone who loves working out, or feels confident with strength training, but the workouts are quick, efficient, and easy to learn. The trainers really put in effort to get to know you, and if you go to the same class time frequently, you'll notice there's really a community feel to the class. Everyone is supportive, positive and energetic- and (FYI for others with gym anxiety)- everyone is focused on themselves so there's no feeling of someone watching or judging you.
