DMV did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. We had contracted with an online design company who hired DMV and the design company screwed things up from beginning to end. I think the project ended up taking about 10 months (for one small bathroom). But DMV really went above and beyond to get the job completed, and they've come back to fix some small problems we've had afterwards. They purchased materials at their own expense, not knowing if they'd ever be reimbursed, in order to keep construction moving! TLDR: If you work with Estiven as your project/construction manager and can stay on top of the job, you'll be happy with the result.
