“What a beautiful office! The front desk staff and in-room staff are so friendly and attentive. Dr. Shah was very clear and patient in explaining all the treatments I was interested in. “Following a course of chemotherapy, Dr. Rad was present for my bilateral mastectomy and he placed my tissue expanders. Months later, once I healed from radiation treatment, he performed my DIEP flap reconstruction. Dr. Rad is a consummate professional and a precise and skilled surgeon. He took copious amounts of time with me - whether in person or over the phone - and consistently answered my questions in great detail and with a tremendous amount of patience. My emails and calls were always promptly returned by his staff even if they did not immediately have an answer for me. Scheduling appointments was very easy. My breast cancer diagnosis came as a complete shock. Navigating this new terrain was often difficult, but Dr. Rad made the reconstruction piece easy. I trusted him. I feel lucky that Dr. Rad was my surgeon for my DIEP flap surgery, and I recommend him to anyone in a similar position to mine.“

A lovely experience that is consistent and the office is simply beautiful. There is no long lag time or wait times and there is consistent followup and care. Dr. Ginn and her staff focus on the patient, their needs and are very comprehensive in their care with the strictest of hygienic controls and efforts that were stringent during the pandemic and in tune with CDC recommendations but even now a definite push to assure patient safety and best interest. She is a physician that cares about the entire patient and skilled at understanding the nuances of medical factors that can impact your skin. Very cutting edge and up to date on the science around dermatology. I don't ever feel like I'm being "sold" on a product or service; to the contrary---often the answer is "No" that wouldn't benefit you even if it is a paid treatment. They do send a newsletter each month which I always look out for in case they decide to offer anything and or if they have some featured tips. The outside of the office doesn't indicate that you are entering anything special, however, the office is incredibly well decorated and very cute! You will feel extremely comfortable entering the space!“

He educates me on my health and on procedures which I value and respect him for. He treated me for scelotherapy and my once blue veins are now vibrant and smooth. Recently I came to when I had a sudden allergic reaction after seeing 3 doctors who could not diagnose me. He was the Only doctor who knew what it was as soon as he saw me. When injecting injectable's he's super gentle and takes his time to create symmetry on your face. He only recommends what you need and ethical in that regard. Over the years I have come to see him as a dad who is looking out for me to make sure I am healthy and happy. His staff is also super nice and so polite which is unusual for many doctors office these days. They always accommodate me and my crazy schedule and are always eager to make my skin healthy.
