Love this place! I’ve had both dry cleaning and tailoring done here, always without a hitch. The quality is consistently excellent, and they’ve even helped me out in a pinch when I needed something turned around quickly. They also replaced a zipper on one of my jackets, which came out great. They do have a sewing machine on-site, though sometimes they’ll send things to a third party if needed. Overall, I’ve always left satisfied and impressed with their work.
We just moved in, so this review is specifically regarding our leasing and move-in experience. Isaac Chukwu made our experience great.. very welcoming, clear with answers for all of questions, even before we asked them. He was also very patient with the many questions we had leading up to lease signing and move-in date. Additionally, all of the front desk staff have been super helpful over the last several days, especially Deborah!
I really enjoyed living here. It’s a safe area, good building, and very friendly and helpful front desk staff that are always available. I didn’t have to use maintenance too much (a good thing) but they were very responsive the few times I did need them. Isaac in particular went above and beyond helping me move up my lease end date, and the ability to reserve the freight elevator and the push carts made moving in and out a breeze. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a more affordable one bedroom in the court house area!
