I used this dry cleaning service for about a year with mostly positive results. Staff were friendly and clothes came back well cleaned. However, they lost an expensive cashmere sweater belonging to my wife. There was little by way of apology other than a $20 discount on my order, which does not reflect the cost of replacing the sweater. As a result, Continental Valet has lost my trust and my business.

The door says it opens at 8 AM on Saturdays and I’m here at 9:05. The place is locked and dark with no other indication that they would be closed.
I’ll stick with Hurt Cleaners down the road. Dependability is important.

I'm used to paying decent money to get dry cleaning. When I moved into the building I needed to dry clean some shirts and conveniently enough there's a dry cleaning right there in my building. I drop off 2 shirts, get the check, and I'm shocked at the price. $5 for 2 shirts? I've never spent so low a price. Plus the dry cleaning is standard norms so clean and wrinkle free. Now I have no excuse to not get every single worn collared shirt dry cleaned. When the buttons on my suit jacket got ripped out I brought it in to get dry cleaned and stitched and price? $10 and the job was decently done!
