Absolutely fantastic experience! The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of the cleaning exceeded my expectations...everything came back looking flawless. Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a special request without hesitation. Prices are very reasonable, especially for this area...you won't find better. Highly recommend!
This place has gone through some upgrades... they have taken over the store next door and extended the laundromat... there's more washers dryers starting from $4 a wash up to 7.50 a wash, .25c for every five minute drawing. And they have dry clean and alterations and laundry service.
I had been a regular customer for about two years. I had an issue with a damaged shirt. I was upset and disappointed with the lack of service from the person in charge, and I posted a review stating that (edited here).A few hours later, one of the managers/partners of the business called. He apologized for the service I had received, offer to repair the damage at no cost (and further gave me a discount on my next cleaning). In the end, he offered what any customer looks for: acknowledgement of responsibility for mistakes and offering solutions to the problems.
