I love this place! They are kind, patient and very competent. Easy to reach, always seem to have vets available when something comes up. We have two dogs and a cat, with various issues throughout the years. We left them for awhile for a place closer to our house, but when that place refused to help us with our dying cat, Ballston took us back immediately and handled his end with care and kindness. The staff who answers the phone is always friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff and doctor were very friendly, attentive to my cat and addressed all my concerns plus provided additional care to get my pet up to date with her healthcare. The appointment process was easy to schedule online and there was minimal waiting to be roomed. Advice for follow up was explained in addition, handouts were also provided. I am always very happy with the care and experience at Ballston Animal Hospital. Have been taking my pets there for over 20 years.

We’ve had a lot of different vets over the years, but we’ve been with Ballston Animal Hospital for about 4 years now and I cannot see that changing, even though we recently moved a bit further away. The care that our cats receive here is excellent, and everyone is always courteous and professional. There is no upselling, overselling, etc. that is becoming common at a lot of vet clinics. We really trust them and know that our cats are in great hands here.
