AllCare Primary & Immediate Care

If you need immediate care, this is your place! I visited AllCare to address an issue noticed the day prior. They had PLENTY of next day appointments at locations across the DMV. The website has bios of the providers when you choose to schedule so you choose who you see. I found this to be a super cool feature and scheduled with Dr. Lawson who was AWESOME. She was so attentive and thorough. I didn't feel rushed or minimized. She is an active listener and as a result she was able to make recommendations that hopefully brings me closer to finding out what's going on with me. The service has been great all the time, except today with front desk.I’m currently traveling for the holidays and it’s totally my fault that I left my medication. If I don’t take my medication I will get really bad withdrawals. I called the office to see if they could send a 5 day prescription to the area where I was going to be. The front desk said the doctor was out and that I should go to an urgent care. Why can’t I get a new prescription for 5 days be approved by another provider? Lillian at the front desk was an absolute angel. Her positive attitude was a ray of light & she took her time to help me and walk me through the walk-in process. The world needs more people like her. Dr. Webster was professional, extremely knowledgeable and was patient in answering all my questions and explaining possible causes to my problems. Overall, I’d recommend this location (Ballston) to everyone— I’m beyond satisfied with my visit.
