Shai and his entire team were fantastic, from start to finish! I was in urgent need of a Covid 19 test and he and his facility were the only ones willing to fit me in, last minute. Not only did he provide me with a rapid and a PCR, he also did a flu test at the same time. I had results faster than at any other clinic I have been too so far, and Shai and his team went above and beyond to provide me the reports and back up; as well as checking in to see how I was feeling over several days, even with a negative test result. This covid testing site is a complete scam. This place offered to provide expedited PCR covid testing results for a fee for three members of my family. However, once I realized that two of my family members did not meet CDC criteria warranting testing, this place refused to keep the appointment for a single test for the remaining individual. They claimed that they "couldn't keep the clinic open late" for just a single test, but they were willing to "do us a favor" to test all three of us and started giving us all kinds of BS about originally being willing to honor our insurance when it was three of us, but not for just one person. This place is a scam. They guys are an abomination to the medical field. They are awful for trying to profit off of people during this pandemic. I drove up to their "office" and sat in the car and *I* filled out a form in the car. I decided not to get the covid test, while my fiance did, but they still billed me for administrative fees and an antigen test. All they did was hand me a clipboard. I cant believe "medical offices" like this exist.
