Top notch! We were purchasing an older home that the Unscrupulous listing agent had stated was "completely remodeled & updated". Uh no, this house was lipstick on a pig, but turns out she has great bones. Thanks to Mike & his wife, we discovered the home needed to be completely rewired, plumbed, hot water tank fixed & the basement moisture issues needed to be fixed immediately as well as minor roof repairs.
